The Budget Transparency and Accountability Initiative Nigeria (BTAN) is a coalition of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) dedicated to promoting transparent and accountable public finance management in Cross River State. With a focus on monitoring, analysis, and advocacy, BTAN aims to encourage responsible budgeting across all sectors and levels of government.
