Strategic Plan

……..together for humanity is an inspiring  and motivating phrase generally accepted by our GREENCODE team to constantly seek for partnership, while carrying out inclusive development and humanitarian actions in the communities.

This Plan sets out the priorities for GREENCODE for the five (5) years, 2019-2024.

It is the strategy that all state and regional offices of GREENCODE will use to guide resources mobilisation and programming as well as operate as national Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) in Nigeria and the world in general.

This strategic plan will serve as an agenda for the board of trustees, management, staff and volunteers in our team irrespective of their location.

In GREENCODE we have a firm believe that POVERTY is artificial (human made) as a result of system and structures, so in alleviating poverty citizens and citizen groups must challenge the systems and structures that perpetuate poverty. It is on this premise that we strive to  work with policy makers, the poor and the social excluded in our society to alleviate poverty and social justice. GREENCODE team will constantly play a key role in mobilising resources (materials, financial and human) to support our development and humanitarian response actions in Nigeria and by extension the world.

The 2019 to 2023 strategy is focused on reducing suffering by implementing targeted development and humanitarian response, while advocating for environmental and social justice, but focusing on our core programme areas.
