International Board of Advisory:
This structure that offers technical advices to the both the trustees and management of the organisation, they also support in Resource Mobilisation
Board of Trustee
GREENCODE has in place 6 person (3 females and 3 males) registered Board of Trustees, the persons are persons with diverse technical background).
Management Committee
This is made of senior/technical staff, headed by the National Coordinator- They manage the day-to-day affairs of the organisation, they also reached out to the two boards above (a + b), Prepare and present annual workplan, budget and new partnership for approvals.
Staffs and Volunteers
Comprises of the regular staffs, contractors, consultants, part time staffs and volunteers across the country that are working on different projects and programs of Greencode
